To be completely truthful, I really feel quite shitty abt the whole shifting thing. It really sucks to be thrown around during my entire three months at Starhub, filling positions that people don't want to take. And it sucks more to be displaced when you have finally gotten used to some procedures, or at least the environment. My new position will probably last another month and then, what next?

But I've learnt sth new. In the workplace, some things and some people are just not what they seem.

It is hard to protect yourself sometimes.

I wanna thank XIANLIMEI for being such a great friend (: Thanks for the chocolate cake dateeeeeeee! I know you prob saw through me and wanted to cheer me up! I'm really really grateful for that (:

I've had an eventful week! (: Dinner with two of my closest, oldest and sweetest friends after a period of MIA! So happy! Its really true that one really do find our closest friends in our Secondary school days! ((:

Met YinYee on Thursday and we went to eat Waraku! yayyyy! My cabbage omelette! It so delicious! ((: Thanks for the chocolates from Germany! (: I'm so touched that you'll buy sth for me everytime you go overseas! hee hee! THANK YOUUUUU! <3 Then it was Fish and Co with my little pet cow ShaoJiannnnnnn! :D lol! It was Friday night and there was a live acoustic duo playing there and they were really good! (((: So we had a really enjoyable time there other than the fact we had to shout over the music! lol! Thanks for the great time! :DD One day you must come over k! Then we can practise guitar together and I shall introduce my darling MooMoo and MiMi to you! :D

Guitar with Joanne on Sat and that dumb girl is so funny drop her pick into the guitar hole hahahaha! Oei, we must prac guitar together tooo! :D Qing Tian! lol! And everytime I think of our lessons I know you love wet hair ///: HAHA!

After that it was Garfield timeeeeeee! (: I miss my Egghead so much! He told me alot of funny army stories and taught me the songs haha! :D We had Ajisen for dinner (and the spicyness caused me to go toilet three times today) and after that we explored an Emerald Hill Road near Centrepoint :D We plopped down on the porch of CIS and he tried to teach me this zai guitar song lol which I'm obviously not receptive to! haha! But its really damn niceeee! I'm so determined to master it! :D

Spent today with my parents and I had a good time with them (: Quite long didnt go walk walk with them already! heh! We bought Sam Hui's album and its super nice! I just found out Kaijie knows SAM HUI too! LOL! This is such a very very rare find since Sam Hui is a historic celebrity that only aunties know! :D lol!

Next week my secretary days will be over and I'm gg to start my Credit Control stint! haha! Hope it'll be fun!

However, now that he's back... /: /: /: lol! Anw, the little terror is so cuteeeeeeeeee! He bought my sis and I guitar picks, guitar polish and guess what, GUITAR STRINGS! /: Oh sorry, I mean STRING. The blur head didnt know the package he chose contained only ONE string (the 4th one)! hahahaha! So funny!

My parents bought this new power blender today and we're going to make soyabean milk together now!! hahaha! so funnnnnn! Shall blog again later if I feel like it! bye all! (:

YESTERDAY, Soph, Small girl and I finally went out together!! :D lol! We realised to our horror that despite being so close in school, this is only our third time going out leisurely! hahaha! SEE LAH, all because you two are alwaysssss so busy while I'm so free :D Hahah! Anw, we forgot to take a picture to mark this rare day!! HELLO WORLDDDDD! (: Been a while again! The previous few days have been quite funnnnnn! (: Shall recap a little now! :D

Started work on Wednesday at Starhub centre! :D I'm to be the temp fill-in Secretary for two weeks before moving on to my supposed Loanshark job (: On the bad side, I've got to learn the ropes for two very different jobs but on the good side, I get to learn the ropes for two very different jobs! haha! Quite cool right! Anw, I actually have to make coffee for my boss every morning!! /: And I have to collect tons of mail to sort! But all in all, its quite a good experience! :D I'm dreading Monday meetings though! I'm supposed to sit there and just write furiously for two hours, even though I know nuts abt what they're saying! The mere thought just puts me off! Sounds even worse than our favourite lessons in jc can! ): And I wonder what happens if I just happen to doze off without knowing.. hahaha!

Anw, my colleagues are mostly the other temp staffs plus cindy (I think shes the perm staff) and they are all very nice! (: haha! Reminds me of jc actually! (: Anw, I'm really glad to have them for company! yayyyyyyy! I realise they damn cool one eh, always go out together to shop and go ktv etc etc! So unexpected! :D hahaha.

Okay, work aside, there's the long-awaited sevenfive new year/christmas partayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy yesterday!! :D wheeeeeeeee! I miss all of you so much!!! (((: big hug hug hug! <333 lol! Thanks Claire for being the greatest host and providing such DELICOUS HEAVENLY AND ABSOLUTELY YUMMY food! The Shepherd's Pie and the Lasagne is so freaking good! And I swear you should just go be a dessert chef next time okay! Your strawberry jello thing is like.. :D :D :D! I'm so determined to try the recipe you showed us yesterday alr!! hahaha! Okay anw, let me start from the beginning! Chankeet came over to Centrepoint after I end work and we headed over to Claire's together! Thanksssss Eggy ((: haha! okay kidding! Yeah so went there and caught up with everyone! Its soooo exciting to see everyone again and ask what everyone has been up to!! hahaha! YeenSeen is teaching at RV and guess what, she earns 65 a day for two hours of art lesson!! zomg!! Why aren't I talented in art too?! lol! okay okay but Starhub is good also hahaha (though I'm a Singtel user oops). OH! And today is Joanne and I's very first guitar lesson! :D The freaking guitar is so bulky I almost got squashed to death in 190! Feel like kicking all those people who just kept pushing and pushing like there's no tomorrow, until this little boy almost fell! The back people were already moving in cause people were alighting so it wouldn't kill to wait about three seconds to enter the bus gracefully. Feel like telling them "OEI we're not air so we're not compressible so STOP PUSHING DAMMIT!" haha! Anw, our teacher is called Patrick! He looks like a garang guni man but I think he's quite pro! Quite doubtful about his lesson's usefulness though cause he gives me the feeling like he can't wait for the hour to be over and like talk alot of weird things! But we shall wait and see! (:

Met Chankeet after that and we went for an early dinner cause I was starving and craving for Ban Mian lol! (: Yummy! The Ban Mian there is so gooooood! (: Then we went to watch "I am Legend"! OMG I think its a really great show and I cried like mad during this particular part cause its so freaking sad )))): I'm gg to treasure MooMoo even more from now on! ): Its kinda spooky though! I can't stand scenes where everything is black and you can't see anything on the screen but you JUST know that something is going to happen! Its sooooo ahhhhhhhhhh and I feel like just shutting my eyes and screaming lol! Can't stand the suspense! So, don't ever watch a horror film with me! HAHA!

Oh yes! And to my squadmates, HOPE YOU GUYS HAD FUN ON FRIDAYYYYYY! (((: I miss you all so badly so I can't wait for our next date!! hee hee -looks at Shaziewazie again- Muacks! <3
