HONG KONG!

At the airport! (:

Taking out passport and getting ready to boardddd! :D It was my first time taking budget airline and I was quite curious! hahaha! Someone told me the seats in jetstar is sth like SBS that kind and I didn't believe it... until I got onto the plane! Actually its more like those Trans-island buses lah, with defined individual seats! haha! Kinda pathetic! I discovered sth else about myself! My ears will ache like crazy when the plane is landing but not when it is taking off! Isn't that weird? Never happened the last time!

Then, we took the Airport Express to the main island! That was when my camera conked and started taking decolourised pictures ):

We checked into our hotel and had dinner at this horrible and expensive place that we will forever remember un-fondly! It did teach us to be smarter though, and to check the price and menu before going into any cafes! This lousy cafe served Shanghai cuisine /: Not exactly what we wanted.. We went for dessert which cheered us up considerably! I love black sesame paste and all the mango-ey desserts! But talking about mango desserts, NOTHING beats Xu Ru Shan!

Dessert at a random stall!

I really wonder how they make it so rich and thick and sweet and nice! Eating it just makes you happy! (: Its automatic!

We stayed at Shamrock hotel, which is quite nice for a budget hotel!

This is how sy and claire's room looked like! Ours (my sis, kj and mine) was a little more crammed cause they put in this pathetic foldable bed as the third one!

Basically, we just spent all our four days, okay three days (since we arrived only at night on day one) SHOPPING! Our obvious favourites is Fa Yuen Street and H&M!

Fa Yuen Street is the cheapo Bugis Street type with rows of little shops and really good buys! Its good for budget and cheapo people like me! hahaha!

Looks really kok right? hahah! But don't be deceived! There are really good buys inside and wala! DAMN GOOD FOOOOOOOOOOOD! :D

Number one on the list is the Roast Goose and Roast Meat and all the Roasted Stuff!

We da-baoed it back to pig out at hotel! Super delicious!

Almost finished fat wan tans!

My favourite chee cheong fun!!! I know ck will love this!

And there's traditional eggtart and all the lao po bing stall smack in the middle of the street! Look at the eggtarts!!

Looks really exciting right!

Oh, and this is the traditonal type of breakfast hong kongers eat I think! Its called gong zai mian which is actually maggi mee! Then you choose two things to go with it! Like fried egg, luncheon meat, satay beef that kind! And it comes with a milk tea! :D Oh before everything, they give you this not so nice tea to drink or wash your utensils. People usually do the latter. haha!

Another of our favourite shopping haunt is H&M, which is like Hong Kong's Topshoppp! Woo hoo! The clothes here are more high class and nicer than the street ones (obviously) We were so hooked we actually went to two outlets! lol!

We were actually there waiting for it to open! hahaha!

And some other camwhore shots while waiting!

Other random shots and happenings! I'll just let the pictures tell the story! (:

Our favourite male model! (: This is how I bought clothes for ck! lol!

And this marks the end of our hk trip! I had alot of funnnnn in those 4 days! I loveee you all! (:

Oh and I'm back from NUS business camp, which ended yesterday! (: It was super tiring but also super fun! I'm too lazy to blog about it in detail though! haha! Maybe next time!
