Good Morning Black Bean, Meatball says hello! (:

I've got a new pet and it's name is Meatball! It resides on my ear ):




Ahh! Although it looks like a gigantic Mr Pimple, IT ISN'T! It is literally a meat ball!

So what happened was, about two years ago, I pierced my cartillage:



Uh huh. So that means that there is a hole in my cartillage. I keep my earring on all the time and so when my white blood cells try to heal the wound, it can't! So as time went by, my helpful (stupid) cells piled meat beside the piercing in my cartillage!

And therefore, Meatball was born.
(The above has been hypothesized by my clever cat and I think it makes perfect sense)

Shit lah, how am I going to get rid of it now?! ): I don't want my Meatball!!! Sigh! ):

Minds cafe yest with uni friends was damn fun but I swear I was going deaf after an hour there! Its super noisy and shriek-filled! Board/card games can be THAT exciting! lol!


This game is the ULTIMATE! And I am the ultimate loser!

Garfield day! ck went to take his BTT today so I took adv of his presence to book a date for my own btt too. After much consideration, I decided to go for auto haha! Manual is just too intimidating for a lousy psychomotor pok like me.

Garfield brought me to a nice place for dinner! It coincidentally was also located at Prinsep Place, where the MINDS cafe was, called Absolut Haven!






We're a really romantic couple, spending the night taking turns to have his semi DSLR jammed to our right eye :D Its so fun!!

The food, looking pretty lousy! Must get the good pics from the meow later on!



My pan seared white fish is nice, while ck's chicken thigh was just so-so but okay lah! Its a pretty place and the place is reasonable for semi fine dining! If you guys are looking for a quieter place with good ambience, can consider this one! (:

Had a blast with the Crescent kiddos today! (: Its been a while since I went out decked in my Crescent PE shirt (now my pjs) and fbts! It totally reminded me of the younger, crazier times.

After ta-baoing char shao shao rou rice from Redhill Market (yay!), we headed to Leng Kee CC to book a court where we can whack a feathery ball back and forth for two hours :D Being very rational people, we filled our tummies to the brim before starting to play. Let's hope none of us kanna appendicities haha!





After we got all hot, sweaty and stinky, we trooped to Dawnnie's place to slack and watch "Hot Chick"! I think its a very my type of show. Its dumb, cliche, funny, sweet and friendshipish all at the same! Niceee!

The rest of the evening was spent singing(screeching) loudly to songs with Dawnnie on the guitar and watching Youtube videos. They all started judging me just because I asked them to watch the Wondergirls video. hahaha! Hello, with friends like Weiyan and Joan singing the song daily, you can't blame me for having the tune stuck in my head right?!

Today, I felt my heart cringe.

First week of hols are over! It did seem pretty long to me actually, and too much free time leaves me totally lethargic and overly lazy. Tmr is the day to get hyped! I'm finally moving my lazy ass to the courts to get some exercise with my Crescent loves! (:

Friday evening spent with my cat was a happy one! (: Chankeet brought out his semi-pro camera for the first time since he bought it during the IT fair to take pictures and I really do love the quality of pictures it produces! Still, the potential of this camera has still yet to be discovered by us noobs lol! Will need to consult skilled people like Mr Terry Mun to learn moreee! (:



Earlier that day, I met Mushroomie for our usual Thai feast at Nana Thai! (: It was really empty and looked like it might not survive the downturn! Noooooooo! Better go eat it more often while its still there! The food there is delicious (to me) and I really love it! (: So much that I forgot to take any pics of it before I started attacking it greedily! lol.

I was soooooo full after the meal tht I could barely walk /: Couldn't eat anything for the rest of the day except for a bowl of cold Rocher tau huey and several bites of youtiao at like 8pm! haha! Thats how frigging full I was!

Anw, guess what happened to me right after my heavy lunch!! To add to my misery/inertia for walking, one of the straps on my haivannahs broke!! Maybe I became too fat after eating too much lol! Mushroom was totally laughing at my miserable plight as I hobbled to Wheelock to get another pair wearing my cool slipper fashioned from the broken one plus my hair rubber band :D I think I am a genius lah. The pok slipper lasted from Far East to Wheelock and then finally ended its useful life in the dustbin of Wheelock's NUM! Now I have a new pair of black clumsy haivannahs! I would have bought the silver grey slim cut ones but it was oos in my size ): Sad lah!

Time spent with M was brilliant cus she just cracks me up lol! Good luck and all the best for your internship k! (: You better treat me to our next Nana Thai cus I'm like unemployed and so very poor!

Jx flew off to Germany for a one mth immersion programme (lucky shit) on Thursday so it was farewell breakfast with him, Max and David at Holland V's Yakun Kaya Toast! (: I was totally racking my brains for a last min farewell gift for him and in the end, I bought him the all-impt armour against H1N1- good quality (3-ply ok!) FACE MASKS, and Natureland gummies to eat on the plane cus I love them myself :D hoho! I was actually looking for cloth facemasks with spastic pictures on it but Spore apparently don't stock those commonly.

This, for eg, would be perfect! :D

Sponsorship meeting for Tri-uni at Marina Square with SMU people before Max and I headed to school to meet up with Weisong for the JC case comp "dry run" that didn't happen /: It had to be postponed cus everyone bailed lol. Then it was home early for once!! I was really sleepy from getting up so early for breakfast (are you touched, jx?!) and I totally conked out when I got home! :D

On a completely random note, I just saw those periodic emails from fb and found out by Compare People that my weakness on fb is "Smartest" (omg everyone thinks I'm dumb) and two of my strengths are "Most desired for marriage" and "Best Mother". Shit, that just means I'm really auntie right? lol!

Before you judge me, my 3rd strength is COOLEST okay! I am cool!! :D

Instead of being all nice and gloriously golden at the end of a day at sunny Sentosa, I ended up with a horrendous tanline!! omg! So ugly!! My bro say it now looks like my spine is visible to the naked eye! haha!

Anyways, Sentosa was FUNNNNNNN! (: I love Sentosa cus the place just holds an air of celebration! And indeed, we have sth hugeeeeeeee to celebrate- THE END OF EXAMS!!! (: The exam period is just absolutely draining. I looked and felt like a ghost for the entire time, all white and strained and sickly. I'm soooo glad its over and three months of holidays stretch ahead of me! (:
