Watching the candle flick around, in the the evening glow
I can't let go
when will the night be over?

My academics are suffering and what makes me feel worse (after talking to soph) is that there is no reason whatsoever why it should be when I have all the time in the world! What I lack is the big D word. Discipline. Apparently, I only have the drive to study when I know there is a test or exam like the next day or sth. So you know, I've never really studied unhurriedly before in all ten years of my schooling life, because as far as I'm concerned, unhurried studying will somehow turn into slacking /: Such a sad piece of truth. And this leads me back to the memory of cramming the whole geog and bio textbook into my overheated, minute brain the day before each O'level paper. Pure hell.

Argh. I'll never learn.
Okay after this, I'll go do my econs tutorial (:

Went to school quite early today and I had to report to the beloved Mrs Lee. She took one look at me and said "Hmm your hair is much neater now!" Like obviously. The hairdresser chopped half of my hair off! And so, the whole morning, I was whining and whining to soph and complaining to everyone who asked, "oh my! what happened to your hair!?"/ "ooh you cut your hair?!"/ "gasp! yueqi is that you?!" accompanied by

a) a horrified look
b) an amused look
c) a sympathetic, its-not-so-bad-lah look or,
d) All of the above

Aww. HAHAHA.

School was fine and there was a sad but welcomed interruption halfway through lectures. Tmr is a tutorial day again /:

I didn't mean to fall in love with you,
and baby there's a name for what you put me through
It isn't love, it's robbery
I'm sleeping with the ghost of you and me

in the name of love.
