Cutting carrots is one mean task! I had to spend nine-cows-two-tigers' worth of strength all for satisfying my sudden, unexplainable craving for a nice crunchy bowl of salad (: I figured since the freedom I have to do as I like is so shortlived (aka until when school reopens), I might as well live life to the fullest now, right? Heh!

Anyway, back to the carrots,

they are as hard as rocks!

And it keeps getting stuck to the damn knife!

And I had to risk my life and yank it out again.
