Yawns! Am supposed to be working on my mkt indiv assignment but I am BOREDDD! So here I am, seating in the library studiously with my laptop but what I'm doing is BLOGGING. Hahah! Obviously getting out of my house to study because I can't concentrate at home is not an all workable solution, esp when my laptop is ard as well.

I just went outside to look see look see at the pasar malam and its like buzzling with activity and blasting CNY songs right outside the library. lol! Great location man -.- But its quite haps. I saw the pasar malam "shark's fin soup" that ck intro-ed to me yay!!! I totally fell in love with it aft he made me try it once and its so tasty that I willingly get deceive into buying haha. Don't judge me okay you all shld go try it too :D

Yest's warehouse experience at Burberry was quite cool. I met this other guy there working as a temp warehouse staff aft ORD (ck, your friend!)and he stated 2 observations that exactly mirror mine.

1. "Its not as glamourous as you think huh!". LOL! Can I say like TOTALLYY. Its like freaking dusty and there were like cardboard boxes everywhere containing stuff that looks like you can find in the pasar malam. But take a closer look and...

2. THE PRICE TAG ATTACHED IS UNBELIEVABLE!! We saw this like quite cui looking flowery chiffon dress for SGD6000!!! OMG! Is that REALLL??

I sneaked a few pictures of the warehouse and I'll upload it next time (: Also right, I knocked my head DAMNNNNNNNN HARDDDDDDDD into one of those metal clothes hanger and I wanted to die. DAMN PAIN LAH!!! Somemore I had to pretend nth happened when I conked into it so hard //: I think I turned green for a spilt second lor.

haha okay back to work! I have to get home before 5 to get chged for Mel-mel's (Meow Meow) IN THE LIMELIGHT (: She ironically, really hates cats haha!

I webcamed with fat Troy yesterday and saw the Belgium streeeets!! How cool is that! (:

Whew! A full day of school today! (: Surprisingly, I actually, actually, actually LOOK FORWARD to school now!! Hahah! Omg! Am I still me?!! But basically, I really look forward to school now cus its a reprieve from work! haha! Not that I don't like my work but a break from Excel and the walls of the office is always welcomed! (:

Work is getting busier cus Burberry is holding an off-site sale at Expo on the first weekend of February and there's like real lot of prep work! Friday will be my first time gg to the warehouse to help out with pricing! Anw, to the interested people, you all can drop by and perhaps look for some good bargains! (and look for me cus I'll be labouring as a packer I think!) lol! Coincidentally, Robinsons sale will be on during the same days so that's an additonal incentive!

Finally some photos at Timbre with the meow meow cat! (: I had a huge craving for their pizza so we braved the crazy flight of stairs to get to the Timbre at Mt Sophia. I like that branch cus its usually more quiet. It wasn't on that day though haha!!

Anw I tried China Blue also cus I saw it under "Sweet Concoctions" and I LIKE IT!! I don't really like alcohol (even Magaritas are kinda bitter to me). I like my drinks more fruity and sweet. Honestly I think next time I should just like bring my own fruit juice la haha. The only thing I like about alcohol is the throat burning sensation they give but unfortunately, those kinds that are potent enough to give the sensation are the ones that taste the worse too //:

YAY!! Finally a free day at homeee! Its a complete luxury to be able to sleep all day! (: Here's what I did the whole afternoon: I piled a mountain of pillows around me, hid myself under two cosy comforters, switched on the aircon, grabbed my fav book, and read until I fell asleep.. (: haha! I swear this is therapeutic!

I've also settled all my module stuffs at long last. It has been a complete headache trying to squeeze four modules into two school days but at least its done now. Now I just have to last 4 mths and try not to die :D

The lack of pictures on my blog kinda reflects how haps my life is now! haha! :D I haven't been going out much other than meeting my cat, some close friends for a quick lunch or dinner, or going for 21sts! (: I always look kinda haggard though so I'm putting camwhoring on hold now! lol! My eye bags look damn terrible and I don't even know why they are there cus I sleep at least 7 hours a day /:

Oh yeah, I'm damn depressed cus my Blackberry case got stolen at West Coast Market /: Turns out that way earlier before I discovered my loss, cat subconsciously saw this guy coming to the table beside us and this sly guy dropped his keys. Then when he picked up them, he also picked up sth else- which ck guessed was my case. Wahlao. Case also wanna steal. I'm damn pissed lah. They don't sell the case anywhere else and all those I saw in the stores are damn ugly. Sigh!

Super happy that its Friday tmr! (: Will be meeting bff Troy for lunch before he flies off to Belgium ): Mannn, I hate goodbyes.

I will survive.

Today I learnt that it really helps to talk about your problems, and it really helps to turn on the tap and let out some pent up frustration. I've been keeping alot of things inside, silently trying to figure out my next move, and its really eating me up inside. I just kept hitting brick walls, until I feel myself losing sense of my direction, and that made me feel even worse. Quota filled, it's policy, I'm sorry. I know brick walls are there to show us how badly we want something, but I'm really tired of going against it.

Nonetheless, I feel alot better now after some company, a few big hugs and a healthy dose of advice from my cat. Sometimes I really don't know what I'll do without him and his TLC. Thanks dear ((:

I'm still abit confused as to what to do now. I'm not sure what I will wake up to tmr, but probably that same sinking feeling that I feel even when I sleep. I really hope that, as my sister says, I will find that things all fall nicely into place tmr. I don't know whether I will be going ahead with this work and study thing. But cat is right, both outcomes will be good for me. I have nth to fear, and nth to be worried about. I will just have to play the cards as they are dealt to me.

Work tmr! (: I love Monday mornings because they are so busy and time flies.

The rocket semester begins now!!

This is probably my last post before I go insane! haha. Two-oh-one-oh marks my first attempt to juggle both work and study! I'm a little apprehensive and worried, especially about the time when the projects and what not start pouring in and everything starts to demand my time and attention, but on the other hand, I'm also kinda looking forward to the challenge (: I'm going to need aloooot of luck and grit!

Here's sth inspiring that I like to read every day. I got to know it from the seminar I attended with cat, and I love it (:

Hokay! (: Work has been quite fun and I rather enjoy my job scope (: Now I'm doing some market research on Gucci and Prada. My boss gives me quite a free rein on how I wanna do it, so its quite flexible! Only thing is that its a lil lonely with my intern friend now goneee! So, ask me out to lunch when you're in town people! :D

I hope my appeal gets through tmr. I seem to spend everyday wishing for sth to take place. I feel so out of control /:

Mushroom made my day tday by popping by for lunch suddenly! (: We had lunch at Coffee Club and shared the most delicious mud pie as dessert. It was HUGEEEE and frigging satisfying I tell you! I went back to work much happier :DD hee hee!

Feeling rather shitty today, as if something is troubling me but I can't place a finger on what it is /: I feel like I'm about to lose something dear to me ): I hope that's not true.

Ah time fliessss! I'm not sad about the end of 2009, but I'm extremely depressed about the end of my four glorious days of holidays!! Work on Monday againnnnn sighzxzx! lol! Okay I shouldn't be like this! I love my work!! <3

Work has been quite alright actually! (: I'm learning how to generate meaningful reports from a whole ton of omgwthbbqzxzx data that comes in weekly, and I realise that a retail store don't not just bring in items from the next season and start selling. They have an ENTIRE team of people doing all these reports to monitor topsellers and sales in different functions of the company to keep track of what turnsover the fastest. Here's a fun fact of Burberry: They are the pioneers of the Trenchcoat!! And these coats were originally developed for and worn by British officials in the past, hence the military feel :D In fact, most of the stuff on the trenchcoat used to be functional, whether to secure the soldier's berets or to cushion their body from the recoil of their rifle.


Hermione is sooooooo pretty! I'm like staring at her poster everyday in office :D

ALSO ALSO, I got myself my Blackberry Bold at lasttt! ((: Omg I am sooo in love with it, its so pretty! The keys are a tad bit small so I sms like a snail but other than that, I think its the best phone in the world aft my trusty K750i :D
